This policy governs participation in the VIP Standing Appointments subscription plan. By enrolling, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

Purpose of Subscription

• The monthly fee of $60 is strictly a retainer to reserve your designated appointment slot.

• This fee does not constitute a deposit, prepayment, or partial payment toward any service rendered.

• Booking services are billed separately at the time of appointment.

Reservation & Cancellation Terms

• Standing appointments are reserved exclusively for VIP clients. For the purposes of this policy, a "VIP Client" is a client who maintains regular services with Salon Chic Beautique, scheduling hair care appointments at least once per month. VIP Clients commit to consistent monthly maintenance and adhere to all booking and payment policies.

• Your subscription guarantees priority scheduling and continuity of care.

• Appointments are reviewed to ensure the correct service is booked.

• Only one reschedule is allowed per month.

• Missed appointments are forfeited and cannot be credited or transferred.

 

Payment Authorization

• A valid credit or debit card must be maintained on file at all times to uphold VIP status.

• You authorize Salon Chic Beautique to charge your card monthly for the retainer fee until cancellation.

• If a payment is declined, returned, or otherwise fails, the subscription may be suspended or terminated at the sole discretion of the owner.

Forfeiture & Discretion

• Failure to maintain an active payment method or repeated payment issues may result in immediate forfeiture of your VIP status and reserved time slot.

• Salon Chic Beautique reserves the right to revoke VIP access for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, misuse of the plan, or violation of booking policies.

Legal & Binding Agreement

• This policy forms part of the terms of service between you and Salon Chic Beautique.

• By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

• Salon Chic Beautique reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Continued participation in the plan constitutes acceptance of any changes.
