Booking Policy
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING.
If you are a new client or if there are changes to your hair health or medical change that may impact your service (i.e. allergies, intolerances), please complete and submit the Client Intake Form prior to your scheduled visit.
If you have any flu/cold like symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID, please inform me so that we may work together to get you rescheduled. Please do not come if you are sick.
Deposits and Payments
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Your deposit will be applied to your services, and your remaining balance is to be paid in CASH, ZELLE, or APPLE CASH at the appointment only.
Online Transaction Fees
All booking prices shown at checkout include a 3% processing fee to cover online transaction and payment processing costs charged by third-party platforms. This fee is automatically calculated and applied at checkout. Transaction fees are non-refundable and apply to all online payments, including deposits.
Scheduling Information
Our appointment books open on the 5th of every month for the upcoming month. This means you may begin scheduling February appointments starting January 5. VIP standing appointments will be scheduled on the 1st of every month.
Preparation for your service
Please come with your hair detangled and ready to be serviced. Remove any braids, twists, or previous styles and comb thoroughly before arriving. Do not shampoo your hair at least 3 days prior to your appointment day if you will be getting a chemical service. If you need to add or change the service that you booked, please let me know ahead of time to ensure there is enough of time.
Late Policy
It is imperative that you arrive on time! If you are running late, please inform me via text. I have a 15-minute grace period. If your are more than 15 mins late (whether you texted me or not) your appointment will be canceled. Please arrive at YOUR appointment time, no more than 10 minutes earlier as space is limited.
Late Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy
All appointments are to be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. There is 50% service fee for appointments canceled within the 24 hour appointment time. This fee is required before you can schedule with me again. Appointments can be rescheduled ONCE, and within 30 days of the original appointment. After continuous rescheduling your appointment will be canceled.
No Call/No Show Policy
No call/ No show appointments will still be charged with card on file for the full amount of your appointment. If card is declined, full payment of previous no call/ no show appointment will need to be paid before booking another appointment with me.
We provide experiences, not rush visits.
I will NOT rush on your services so please be sure to allocate enough of time for your appointment.
